Native American Women’s Leadership Project
Working with the Cultural Diversity Committee of the Lawrence, Kansas chapter of the American Association of University Women, Women of the World and the Native American Women's Advisory Council of Kansas conducted leadership workshops for Native American women from among more than 200 tribal nations, focusing on access to the political process, particularly strategies for gaining elective office.
